Do you have a gift box?Paper boxes and wooden boxes are available for a fee. Regular box wrapping is available free of charge, so please contact us. Please see here for details.

Can I take pictures during the experience?It is possible to shoot by the experiencer himself or by the experiencer and the photographer. If you are using a tripod or if there are more than 2 photographers, you will need to reserve the entire room, so please contact us.

Can I bring a foreigner with me?We are available in Japanese, English and Chinese. Please contact us in advance as there may not be staff available. Customers who speak only other languages must be accompanied by an interpreter who does not experience.

Can you make original patterns?There are limitations due to the nature of the tools, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I put my name on it?In addition to being able to put initials and simple names during the experience, instructors can also put names in kiriko for a fee. It is also possible to add your name and logo in advance using a highly flexible technique called sandblasting. See here for details.

Do you have products for sale?We have nearly 1,000 types of glasses, including Kiriko. We can also create original products, so please feel free to contact us.

Can I learn about the history of Kiriko?If you wish, we can distribute materials and answer your questions. If you can contact us in advance, we will be able to guide you smoothly, so please use it.

Can I attend?If you like the experience, you can also attend the class. In addition to learning according to the curriculum in the classroom, there is also a course where you can design with free ideas like drawing a picture. Because it is possible to use tools that cannot be used in the experience, you can create works as you wish. It is possible at the same time as the experience, so please contact us. Is it possible to ship glasses?This service is available for a fee. The amount varies depending on the destination, so please contact us if you wish to do so.

Is it possible to experience in a wheelchair?Our classroom is located on the second floor with only stairs, so we are sorry but wheelchair users cannot use it.

Do you have regular holidays?We are closed only during the year-end and New Year holidays. For details, please check the business days on the reservation page.

Is it possible to reserve the entire room?It is possible for ¥19,800 (experience fee included). Please note that a charter for more than 6 people will be charged ¥3,000 per person.

Can one person make two?Yes, you can. It is possible to create two in one frame, but we usually recommend that you make a reservation for two frames. See here for details.

Can large buses be parked?The shop is in a narrow alley, so parking is not allowed. For information on nearby bus stops, please see Have a look at this.

Will the experience time change for group use?There are only 6 machines in one room, but if 12 people are going to experience it, while 6 people are cutting, the other 6 people can draft the design, so it takes time There is no change. We have 3 rooms that can accommodate up to 36 people.
